Quality Management System
Our production follows a certified ISO 9001 quality management system — documented procedures, trained operators and internal audits that keep output consistent order after order.
For international buyers, a door is only as good as the paper behind it. We build to certified systems and document every stage — from timber intake to the sealed container.
Certifications
Our production follows a certified ISO 9001 quality management system — documented procedures, trained operators and internal audits that keep output consistent order after order.
We can supply FSC-certified timber and veneer options for projects that require documented responsible sourcing, with CoC documentation on request.
CE-marked interior doorsets with Declaration of Performance under the applicable EN standards, supported by test evidence for the European market.
Our composite panels are produced with CARB/TSCA Title VI compliant low-emission cores — the formaldehyde limit required for the US and Canadian markets.
Certificate numbers and specific test reports are confirmed by our quality team with each quotation. Sample documentation is available on request.
Every batch of timber and veneer is checked for moisture, grade and defects before it enters production.
Material is conditioned to 8–12% moisture so doors stay stable in the destination climate.
Dimensions are verified at each cutting and assembly stage against the order's technical file.
Joints, panel fit and sanding quality are inspected before any finish is applied.
Colour, gloss and surface defects are checked under standard lighting against the approved sample.
Every door is measured, weighed and visually inspected before export packing — no sampling, no shortcuts.
Our QC process
Quality is not a final department — it is a chain of checkpoints. Each door batch carries an order file that follows it through machining, finishing and packing, so any issue is caught where it happens, not at the customer's site.
