For standard catalogue doors, our MOQ is 100 sets per size and model. For OEM/ODM projects with custom construction, tooling or finishes, we discuss a project MOQ together — sampling always comes first.

Yes. We produce physical samples before any mass production — typically within 7–15 days depending on finish and tooling. The sample fee is quoted up front and is usually refunded or deducted once you place the order.

Standard catalogue orders usually ship 25–35 days after deposit and sample approval. Custom OEM orders depend on tooling and finish complexity; we commit a written schedule with every quotation and report progress weekly.

Our standard terms are 30% deposit by T/T with the balance before shipment, or L/C at sight for larger orders. For first orders we can also discuss payment against a confirmed sample and inspection.

Yes — this is our core business. We produce single and double doors to your opening schedule in metric or imperial dimensions, with custom heights up to 2400 mm, and we match colours, stains and RAL/NCS finishes to your physical sample.

Our doors are shipped to distributors, contractors and project customers across North America, Europe, the Middle East, Australia and New Zealand. Packaging, documents and size standards are adapted to each destination.

Doors are packed with protective corner guards, moisture barrier film and reinforced cartons, then containerised with a loading plan. We provide loading photos, and mixed models can be consolidated in one container.

Yes. We offer fire-rated constructions to 30/45/60 minutes and acoustic upgrades, supplied with test reports and Declarations of Performance where applicable. Tell us the rating your project needs and we will confirm feasibility.

Absolutely. OEM/ODM partners can have their own brand on the door, carton and documentation. Long-term programmes can also run under an exclusive agreement for your market.
