Custom dimensions
Single or double leaves, metric or imperial openings, heights up to 2400 mm — produced to your drawings or our engineering support.
Launch your own door range without owning a factory. We handle drawings, tooling, sampling, production and export packing — you own the brand and the market.
How we work with partners
Whether you are a distributor adding a private brand, a contractor standardising a door schedule, or a designer with a new concept, we consolidate everything under one roof — and one quality standard.
What we can customise
Single or double leaves, metric or imperial openings, heights up to 2400 mm — produced to your drawings or our engineering support.
Natural oils, lacquers, stains and painted RAL/NCS colours, matched to your physical sample before production.
Glazing beads, lock/latch/hinge preparation and complete prehung assemblies with jambs.
Acoustic and fire-rated (30/45/60 min) constructions with the relevant test reports.
Your brand on the door, carton, warranty card and installation leaflet — we pack under your product identity.
FOB/CIF terms, container loading plans and photos, plus consolidation of mixed models in one container.
The process
A clear, six-step path — so you always know exactly where your order stands.
You send drawings, photos or a door schedule. Our engineers confirm construction, tooling needs and cost drivers within 1–2 working days.
Fixed per-door pricing, sample and tooling costs, production lead time and payment terms are agreed in writing.
A physical sample is produced to your specification — typically 7–15 days depending on finish and tooling.
You approve size, surface, colour and hardware. The approved sample becomes our production reference — signed, stored and matched on every batch.
Production follows your order file with in-process checks and our standard 100% final inspection before packing.
Pre-shipment inspection photos or third-party inspection, export packing, and loading supervision with a container plan.
