Construction & materials
- Kiln-dried solid oak stiles and rails around an engineered solid core — stable in changing climates, resistant to warping and cupping.
- Book-matched oak veneer faces with a closed-pore, silky-smooth surface.
- Moisture content controlled to 8–12% before machining, then conditioned again before finishing.
Standard sizes
Supplied in metric (EU/ANZ/ME) and imperial (US/CA) openings. Single doors from 700 × 2100 mm up to 1100 × 2400 mm; matching pairs and custom dimensions available with a confirmed drawing.
Finishes & options
Natural oil, hardwax or UV-cured lacquer in any RAL or NCS colour; satin, matte or low-sheen topcoats. Options include glass inserts, slim rebates, acoustic upgrades, and fully prehung door assemblies with jambs and hinges.
