Construction & materials
- 0.6 mm real walnut veneer over a warp-resistant engineered core.
- Option of lightweight honeycomb core (for weight-sensitive projects) or dense laminated stave core (for a solid, premium feel and better acoustics).
- HDF skins guarantee a perfectly flat face — no telegraphing, no panel shadows.
Standard sizes
Full metric range from 600 to 1000 mm single and 1200 to 1800 mm double, 2100 mm height as standard. Imperial equivalents and non-standard openings are produced to drawing.
Finishes & options
Natural or stained to sample; open-pore (textured) or closed-pore (silky) surfaces. Prehung with engineered timber jamb, hinges and lock prep — saves days on site.
